About Us

Created to Serve Communities

Grace Bridge Homes was created to serve communities through clearly defined, purpose-driven real estate services. The company operates with a commitment to integrity, transparency, and long-term impact — ensuring that every service is delivered independently, ethically, and with respect for those we serve.

About Our Founder

Born and raised in Paris, France to Haitian parents, Christlande (“Chris-land”) Estime brings a multicultural perspective and a deep sense of purpose to her work in real estate. After earning her MBA in Marketing & Communications from Weller International Business School, she relocated to South Florida in 2014 with a clear vision: to help individuals and families build stability through homeownership and access to opportunity.

Her journey into real estate was driven by both passion and service. As a licensed real estate professional and HUD-certified housing counselor, Christlande has worked closely with low to moderate-income families, guiding them through financial preparation, credit education, and the path to sustainable homeownership. Through her work, she has seen firsthand how knowledge, structure, and the right support can transform lives.

That same perspective led her to launch Grace Bridge Homes, where she focuses on acquiring probate and inherited properties — often in situations where families are navigating loss, transition, or uncertainty. Her approach is rooted in clarity, integrity, and respect, ensuring that every interaction is guided by transparency rather than pressure.

Christlande operates with a strong sense of responsibility, intentionally maintaining clear boundaries between her roles in real estate investing and housing education. Whether she is supporting a family through probate or helping someone prepare for their first home, her focus remains the same: to bring clarity to complex situations and create pathways for long-term stability.

Driven by Service. Guided by Purpose.

Our Mission

Our mission is to bridge communities and build futures through ethical real estate practices and responsible property stewardship.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create long-term community stability through thoughtful real estate investment and homeownership education.

Working with Christlande has been such a pleasure. She is very knowledgeable and makes the process seamless.

Frequently Asked Questions

Selling a house as-is simply means you’re selling the property in its current condition. You don’t have to make repairs, clean it out, or update anything before selling. In many cases, we can even take the property with everything still inside. The goal is to make the process easier for you, especially if the situation feels overwhelming.

Probate is the legal process of settling someone’s estate after they pass. If there’s a property involved, the court usually needs to confirm who has the authority to make decisions and how the property will be handled. Every situation is a little different, but in general, once an executor or personal representative is appointed, decisions around the property can start to move forward. I work alongside families and attorneys to help make that part of the process feel more manageable.

It really depends on your situation. If there’s no probate involved, things can move fairly quickly. If the property is in probate, the timeline can vary depending on the court and where things are in the process. My approach is to move at a pace that makes sense for you, whether that’s fast or more flexible, while making sure everything is handled properly.
